In this video, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) explores the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in mental health and what individuals should know before using AI tools for anxiety, stress, and emotional support.

As AI-powered chatbots and digital tools become increasingly integrated into everyday life, more people are turning to them for guidance on anxiety, relationships, stress, and other mental health concerns. While these technologies offer new opportunities for education and support, they also raise important questions about privacy, accuracy, bias, and the limitations of AI-generated advice.

In this webinar, ADAA Member Experts Grace Berman, LCSW, and Alnardo Martinez, LMHC, discuss the benefits and risks of using AI for mental health, when these tools may be helpful, and when it's important to seek support from a qualified mental health professional. Viewers will gain practical guidance for making informed decisions about AI while protecting their well-being and privacy.
