The first step in building an AI Second Brain is identity: who your agent is, and who you are.
In this episode, we'll create `SOUL.md`, which defines the agent's role, organisation and personality, and `USER.md`, which explains your work, priorities and preferences. These are not decorative profile pages. They are standing instructions loaded into the agent's working memory every time it starts.
Vague answers give you a vague agent, so be specific — but don't put anything inside that you wouldn't want read aloud. Useful context and sensitive information are not the same thing.
