This video documents most of the glitches found in the original first Age of Empires. I found some myself by testing and playing, but most by reading patch notes and old forum posts (such as here: aoe.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/aoecgi/display.cgi?action=t&fn=1&dp=all&st=0 ).

==Corrections==
- About "Oak 31 glitch", the video says 75 wood changes to 45 but it is actually 40.

==Things that were left out==
- Multiplayer glitches. During phases of lag, it is possible to cause various glitches to happen such as having units spawn at different buildings and building multiple Town Centers. I couldn't verify these bugs but they are quite popular.

- Scenario Editor bugs:
1) By placing terrain and moving the cursor out of bounds, it is possible to create terrain that doesn't lign up properly (it looks broken).
2) It is possible to place buildings partially inside each other. It is also possible to have cliffs and hills overlap buildings.

- Gaia bugs:
1) If a Gaia controlled Villager builds anything, the game crashes.
2) Gaia Wonders automatically convert to player 1 even when he isn't near.

- Anything "Rise of Rome" related was left out because I'm not familiar with it. I wanted to focus on the base game.
