Dialogical Reflection

Context: This can be done daily, before or after meditation practice.
Read a quote, then do dialogic reflection, resisting the first or second interpretation.
Doing at least 3 interpretations.
Read a second quote from a different but related book, repeating the dialogic reflection process.
Ask “What does this mean for me?”
Ask “How can I put it into practice?”
Ask “How can I try it out to see if it changes things?”
