8-Bit Eric (8BE) covers gaming industry news, YouTube creator stories, gaming controversies, and trending gaming topics.
In this video, I look back at how it all started—getting inspired by Angry Video Game Nerd, Happy Video Game Nerd, Irate Gamer, and The Gaming Historian, watching YouTube on a Nintendo Wii, and recording my first videos on a Samsung Rant just for fun.
A lot has changed since then. Not just YouTube… but how I look at it now.
This isn’t a goodbye, but it is me being honest about where I’m at after 17 years.
