It is the second game in the Advance Wars sub-series of Nintendo Wars. It is preceded by Advance Wars and followed by Advance Wars: Dual Strike. Despite being developed in the region, the original Japanese release was canceled, but the game was later released in the region alongside the original Advance Wars as part of a compilation cartridge called Game Boy Wars Advance 1+2 in 2004. At E3 2021, Nintendo announced that Black Hole Rising, alongside the original Advance Wars, would be remade and released together for the Nintendo Switch by WayForward in another compilation titled Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp.
Black Hole Rising is nearly identical to the previous game in terms of core gameplay; there was only a small change in overall graphical style and some small content additions. The storyline of this game continues from the previous game, Advance Wars. Black Hole has quickly recovered from its defeat in Cosmo Land, and has gathered forces to invade Macro Land under the command of Sturm, the same commander who led the invasion of Cosmo Land. The protagonists, the Allied Nations, cooperate once again to drive the Black Hole forces out of Macro Land once and for all. The game was well-received, and won the European Computer Trade Show's Best Handheld Game of the Year award in 2003.

The Campaign mode in Black Hole Rising differs from its predecessor Advance Wars in that the mission selection is non-linear. The campaign takes place over the game's five continents, each focusing on one of the five countries in the game. Each continent begins with several missions that the player can select from. Upon meeting certain requirements, new missions may become available.When the regular campaign has been completed, a more difficult Hard Campaign, in the vein of Advance Wars's Advance Campaign, can be unlocked, generally featuring modified maps and starting units.

While the Allied Nations were still recovering from the war in Cosmo Land, the Black Hole Army had already recovered and has decided to launch a large-scale invasion on Macro Land. Along with the original Black Hole army's commanding officers (COs), four new COs were recruited, under the command of Sturm: Flak, Black Hole's strongman in charge of invading Orange Star; Lash, a girl genius having invented most of Black Hole's technologies, invading Blue Moon; Adder, a narcissic commander in charge of invading Yellow Comet; and Hawke, Black Hole's second-in-command and Sturm's most trusted ally. Sturm orders each Black Hole CO to invade and capture each of the four continents controlled by the four other armies from the original game: Orange Star was to be taken by Flak, Blue Moon by Lash, Yellow Comet by Adder, and Green Earth by Hawke. Lash also invented several new war weapons like the Black Cannon and the Mini Cannons that were to be put to use in this invasion. The four allied armies must now work together to drive Black Hole out of their world once and for all.

Soul Blazer, released in Japan as Soul Blader, is an action role-playing video game developed by Quintet and published by Enix for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was released in 1992 in Japan and North America, but not released in Europe until 1994.
It is an action role-playing game where the player takes the role of The Masters servant, to destroy monsters and release the captured souls of a worlds inhabitants. The servant can be named by the player; however, in a later game developed by Quintet, Illusion of Gaia, he is referred to as Blazer.

Gameplay
The player frees a series of towns by fighting monsters in traditional dungeon crawl battles. Destroying monster lairs in the dungeons causes a soul belonging to a former town occupant to be liberated and reincarnated. This is often a human, but it could be anything from a dolphin to a talking tulip. As souls are freed, the town is reconstructed around the people. The new town occupants give the player advice and items. When the player defeats the boss monster imprisoning the soul of the head of each town, the area is cleared and the player can continue. After the hero frees the first six villages, he is granted access to the World of Evil, where the final villain awaits.
Plot
The Master sends one of his heavenly divine companions in the form of a human warrior to the Freil Empire, where the evil spirit Deathtoll has destroyed all villages and incarcerated the souls of all living creatures in his monster lairs, leaving the world empty. The warrior must defeat the monsters and liberate the inhabitants from the lairs, gradually repopulating the kingdom.
The Hero (Blazer) is the protagonist, a divine angel, deity or lesser-deity, or avatar, sent by The Master to restore the worlds creatures to life. Skilled with a sword and possessing the ability to speak with any living thing and be understood, he battles the hordes of Deathtoll with the assistance of his Soul helpers.
The warrior travels throughout the kingdom, defeating monsters in each of six regions to gather six magic stones, each a different color, in order to open the path to Deathtoll, who now resides in the World of Evil. The warrior must also find three sacred artifacts to call upon the power of the phoenix to defeat Deathtoll.
[SPOILERS WARNING]
On the way, the warrior falls in love with Lisa, the daughter of a brilliant inventor named Dr. Leo. The warrior learns that the worlds devastation came about after King Magridd imprisoned Dr. Leo and forced him to make a machine to contact Deathtoll. After being summoned, Deathtoll offered the king a gold piece for each soul from his kingdom, and under the counsel of his wife, Magridd agreed, but was eventually imprisoned himself. Reception
Quintet reported that Soul Blazer sold 200,000 copies in Japan, 70,000 copies in North America, and 25,000 copies in Europe, adding up to 295,000 cartridges sold worldwide.
Legacy
Game journalists and fans often consider Soul Blazer to be the first in an unofficial series followed by Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma. This series is nicknamed either Quintet Trilogy, Gaia Trilogy or Heaven and Earth Trilogy (after Terranigmas Japanese title, which translates to the creation of Heaven and Earth) by fans. The Granstream Saga is sometimes considered the fourth game in the series, as it was developed by Shade (a studio composed of former Quintet personnel), has similar themes, and makes references to the previous titles.

Mega Man X3 (stylized as MEGA MAN X³), known as Rockman X3 (ロックマンX3) in Japan, is a video game released by Capcom for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). The game was originally released in Japan on December 1, 1995, and later in North American and PAL regions in 1996. It is the third game in the Mega Man X series and the last to appear on the SNES. Mega Man X3 takes place in a fictional future in which the world is populated by humans and intelligent robots called Reploids. Like their human creators, some Reploids involve themselves in destructive crime and are labelled as Mavericks. After twice defeating the Maverick leader Sigma, the heroes X and Zero must battle a Reploid scientist named Dr. Doppler and his utopia of Maverick followers.
Mega Man X3 follows the tradition of both the original Mega Man series and the Mega Man X series as a standard action-platform game. The player traverses a series of eight stages in any order while gaining various power-ups and taking the special weapon of each stages end boss. Mega Man X3 is the first game in the series in which Zero is a playable character (albeit in limited form) in addition to X. Like its predecessor, Mega Man X2, X3 features the Cx4 chip to allow for some limited 3D vector graphics and transparency effects.
A 32-bit version of Mega Man X3 was released on the PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and Windows in various countries. This version was included in the North American Mega Man X Collection in 2006. A 3DO Interactive Multiplayer version was planned, but was canceled due to the failure of the console. The game was also ported to Japanese mobile phones in 2010. Critical reception for Mega Man X3 has been positive for its new inclusion of upgrades for Xs abilities as well as the debut of Zero as a playable character. However, the game, particularly the 32-bit version, has received miscellaneous criticism from reviewers for its lack of improvements to the series. The SNES version of Mega Man X3 was released on the Wii U Virtual Console during 2014. The SNES version was re-released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch as part of Mega Man X Legacy Collection which released worldwide in 2018.
Plot:
..going berserk. The reformed Reploids form a utopia near their new mentor called Dopple Town. It seemed that all is well until the former Reploids suddenly revert and once again begin causing trouble, even going so far as to attack Hunter headquarters. Doppler is held accountable, and X and Zero are sent out to contain the new threat.
Once the two heroes defeat Doppler and the forces that have sworn allegiance to him, the scientist comes to his senses and realizes all the damage that he has done. He explains that Sigma is alive as a computer virus, and that Doppler was corrupted in order to create a new body for Sigma. X seeks out Sigma, and after an intense battle, the Sigma Virus in its pure form chases X in an attempt to infect and possess him.
Gameplay
The gameplay has only somewhat differed from Mega Man X2 by making the wall jumping slightly easier to preform while reploids become tougher. The gameplay compared to the Mega Man series is much more fast paced with more tricky and more powerful mavericks than ever giving rise to more difficult battles. As a side point, their battles can be completed faster than other bosses in previous games, as they are more susceptible to their weakness, and take more damage from their attacks.

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, released as Mystic Quest Legend in PAL regions and as Final Fantasy USA: Mystic Quest in Japan, is a role-playing video game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The fictional events of Final Fantasy Mystic Quest take place on a single continent of an unnamed world, which is divided into four distinct regions: Foresta, Aquaria, Fireburg, and Windia. Development
Although designed by one of Squares development teams in Japan, Final Fantasy Mystic Quest was specifically geared for the U.S. market. At the time, console role-playing games were not a major genre in North America; Square thus attempted to broaden the genres appeal through Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. Square had already released several Final Fantasy spinoffs in North America, including the first three titles in the SaGa series as Final Fantasy Legend, and the first Mana series game as Final Fantasy Adventure, and wished to further break into the popular American consciousness. Squares executives cited the alleged difficulty of role-playing games as the reason Americans shied away from them, and eased the difficulty level by tweaking various aspects of the main series gameplay. The American release of Final Fantasy IV was altered to make the game simpler, for example. Mystic Quest was to take this one step further, and the Japanese developers worked with the American offices to make sure the game was accessible to children.
Mystic Quest was developed in a graphic and gameplay style similar to Final Fantasy Legend III (part of the aforementioned SaGa series). The game was marketed towards a younger demographic.

This is a romhack called Pokemon Emerald Rogue, by Pokabbie. Its a roguelike featuring nuzlocke style rules with randomized pokemon, routes, bosses, a HUB area, and much much more! Money earned on Adventures can be spent on permanent upgrades in the HUB which can transfer over to future adventures. An example would be buying extra Pokeballs, Healing items, TMs, or a Metal Coat to evolve Scyther.
I do have a couple nitpicks and critiques about it, and even suggestions to help better this project, I sure hope Pokabbie sees this.
1. If more routes are added in the future, Im hoping for an Ocean (Dive / Surf) area that will only spawn IF the player actually has SURF and DIVE in there inventory.
2. I hope more quests related to Specific Regions like Sinnoh Style, and Unova Style with all the bosses / Gym Leaders will be added in future updates with those quests, ALSO for each Region Style quest, there should be at least one Shiny pokemon as a reward from that region, like how you get a Shiny Pikachu from the Kanto Style quest. How about a notable or crowd favorite pokemon from the other regions too. Johto Style should have a Shiny as a reward too!
3. Player Characters and Clothes Shop: Having additional protaginists to choose from, being the male or female characters from Soul Silver & Heart Gold, Ethan and Lyra (Gen 2), Lucas & Dawn (Gen 4), and Hilbert & Hilda (Gen 5), Nate & Rosa (Gen 5 part 2), etc would be a great feature. (At least up to Gen 5 with Hilbert and Hilda pretty please)
4. A New HUB Upgrade featuring the POKEMON CONTESTS, but in participating, you actually win some money, items, or maybe even have a couple quests related to it which maybe unlocks a shiny pokemon, prize money, increased friendly pokemon values, etc.
5. The Discount Charm and Curse being buffed to 40% is ridiculous. If the player manages to get TWO discount Charms in a single adventure, thats 80% off shop items... that means INFINITE MONEY at rest stops. I think this particular Charm and Curse should go back to 25%. Also, I think theres more than enough curses and charms, so I wouldnt want any more added.
6. In general, having more quests to do just means more longevity to the game, right? Im surprised some discord users suggested Shinies Only and that it actually was put into the game, that kinda blows my mind really but I do absolutely like it as well, as absurd as it is! So, we need to brainstorm some more one-time only quests to be added in future updates for sure but maybe not too many absurdly radical difficult quests like shinies only.
7. In the newest update 1.3.2, there were new Charms and Curses added, Endure, and Priority come to mind. While I didnt really like those initially, I came around to the idea BUT with only 3 choices in any Dark Deal area from a large pool of Charms and Curses, I think it would be a good idea to offer up to 5 choices for the player when they arrive.
Ive seen instances in my own adventures, when I just walk away from the Dark Deal because I see Wild Charm with Catching Charm and another of a few Charms I just dont care enough to grab. Having 5 choices instead of three would make me want to accept a dark deal far more often than I currently do. Though if Discount came up too often, that could lead to INFINITE MONEY. I think the player should be allowed to find up to two of them if they are reverted to the 25% Increase/Decrease, unless they get a Discount curse, allowing them to get a third Discount Charm to offset the curse, and sell and buy at the same value avoiding the Infinite money trick.
8. In the 1.3.2 Regional Update, the chances of a Dark Deal appearing were lowered in the first half, and raised in the second half by an unknown value. I would keep the current value for the latter half of the adventure, but I think it is also fun to get some Dark deals earlier in a Campaign too. Therefor, why not raise the value of the first half of the adventure back to its 1.3.1a release value, but keep the new value of 1.3.2 for the latter half of the adventure.
7. Some of the money rewards for the quests seem a little too low in my opinion, considering its quite costly to use the Bakery to just get one lone pokemons IVs maxed out for example. So what if the money prizes for one time only quests be increased by an amount that seems fitting. Like maybe the 500 pokedollar rewards get increased to 1000 (or 1500). Then 1000 rewards go up to 2000 for instance. More like adding 500, to 1000, to the value, rather than a percetile which might become too outrageous when clearing tons of quests at once. Still, considering they are ONE TIME ONLY quests, there should be more money I think.
8. Im not 100% sure but, I think the Mystery Man quest is broken, I came up with several phrases, and the quest never popped for me, so maybe it might need fixing?

Soul Blazer, released in Japan as Soul Blader, is an action role-playing video game developed by Quintet and published by Enix for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was released in 1992 in Japan and North America, but not released in Europe until 1994.

Gameplay
The player frees a series of towns by fighting monsters in traditional dungeon crawl battles. Destroying monster lairs in the dungeons causes a soul belonging to a former town occupant to be liberated and reincarnated. This is often a human, but it could be anything from a dolphin to a talking tulip. As souls are freed, the town is reconstructed around the people. The new town occupants give the player advice and items. When the player defeats the boss monster imprisoning the soul of the head of each town, the area is cleared and the player can continue. After the hero frees the first six villages, he is granted access to the World of Evil, where the final villain awaits.
Plot
The Master sends one of his heavenly divine companions in the form of a human warrior to the Freil Empire, where the evil spirit Deathtoll has destroyed all villages and incarcerated the souls of all living creatures in his monster lairs, leaving the world empty. The warrior must defeat the monsters and liberate the inhabitants from the lairs, gradually repopulating the kingdom.
The Hero (Blazer) is the protagonist, a divine angel, deity or lesser-deity, or avatar, sent by The Master to restore the worlds creatures to life. Skilled with a sword and possessing the ability to speak with any living thing and be understood, he battles the hordes of Deathtoll with the assistance of his Soul helpers.
The warrior travels throughout the kingdom, defeating monsters in each of six regions to gather six magic stones, each a different color, in order to open the path to Deathtoll, who now resides in the World of Evil. The warrior must also find three sacred artifacts to call upon the power of the phoenix to defeat Deathtoll.

On the way, the warrior falls in love with Lisa, the daughter of a brilliant inventor named Dr. Leo. The warrior learns that the worlds devastation came about after King Magridd imprisoned Dr. Leo and forced him to make a machine to contact Deathtoll. After being summoned, Deathtoll offered the king a gold piece for each soul from his kingdom, and under the counsel of his wife, Magridd agreed, but was eventually imprisoned himself. Reception
Quintet reported that Soul Blazer sold 200,000 copies Japan, 70,000 copies North America, and 25,000 copies Europe, total 295,000 cartridges sold worldwide.
Legacy
Game journalists and fans often consider Soul Blazer to be the first in an unofficial series followed by Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma. This series is nicknamed either Quintet Trilogy, Gaia Trilogy or Heaven and Earth Trilogy (after Terranigmas Japanese title, which translates to the creation of Heaven and Earth) by fans. The Granstream Saga is sometimes considered the fourth game in the series, as it was developed by Shade (a studio composed of former Quintet personnel), has similar themes, and makes references to the previous titles.

Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising is a turn-based strategy video game for the Game Boy Advance. It was developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo in 2003. It is the second game in the Advance Wars sub-series of Nintendo Wars. It is preceded by Advance Wars and followed by Advance Wars: Dual Strike. Despite being developed in the region, the original Japanese release was canceled, but the game was later released in the region alongside the original Advance Wars as part of a compilation cartridge called Game Boy Wars Advance 1+2 in 2004. At E3 2021, Nintendo announced that Black Hole Rising, alongside the original Advance Wars, would be remade and released together for the Nintendo Switch by WayForward in another compilation titled Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp.
Black Hole Rising is nearly identical to the previous game in terms of core gameplay; there was only a small change in overall graphical style and some small content additions. The storyline of this game continues from the previous game, Advance Wars. Black Hole has quickly recovered from its defeat in Cosmo Land, and has gathered forces to invade Macro Land under the command of Sturm, the same commander who led the invasion of Cosmo Land. The protagonists, the Allied Nations, cooperate once again to drive the Black Hole forces out of Macro Land once and for all. The game was well-received, and won the European Computer Trade Shows Best Handheld Game of the Year award in 2003.

[Campaign mode]
The Campaign mode in Black Hole Rising differs from its predecessor Advance Wars in that the mission selection is non-linear. The campaign takes place over the games five continents, each focusing on one of the five countries in the game. The player plays as one or more commanding officers of the protagonist nations, fighting against the antagonist of the game, Black Hole. Each continent begins with several missions that the player can select from. Upon meeting certain requirements, new missions may become available.When the regular campaign has been completed, a more difficult Hard Campaign, in the vein of Advance Warss Advance Campaign, can be unlocked, generally featuring modified maps and starting units.

While the Allied Nations were still recovering from the war in Cosmo Land, the Black Hole Army had already recovered and has decided to launch a large-scale invasion on Macro Land. The storyline of this game continues from the previous game, Advance Wars. Black Hole has quickly recovered from its defeat in Cosmo Land, and has gathered forces to invade Macro Land under the command of Sturm, the same commander who led the invasion of Cosmo Land. The protagonists, the Allied Nations, cooperate once again to drive the Black Hole forces out of Macro Land once and for all. The game was well-received, and won the European Computer Trade Shows Best Handheld Game of the Year award in 2003.

[Campaign mode]
The Campaign mode in Black Hole Rising differs from its predecessor Advance Wars in that the mission selection is non-linear. The campaign takes place over the games five continents, each focusing on one of the five countries in the game. The player plays as one or more commanding officers of the protagonist nations, fighting against the antagonist of the game, Black Hole. Each continent begins with several missions that the player can select from. Upon meeting certain requirements, new missions may become available.When the regular campaign has been completed, a more difficult Hard Campaign, in the vein of Advance Warss Advance Campaign, can be unlocked, generally featuring modified maps and starting units.

Spann Island is a special, War Room-exclusive stage available in Advance Wars, Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, and Advance Wars: Dual Strike. Not only is it the first stage that can be chosen upon entering the War Room, it is among the simplest and most basic of the maps available. Spann Island is one of the few battlefields in the War Room that honors only two armies, the forces of which must trek a short distance to reach the others headquarters at the opposite edge of the isle. Although the map is very small in comparison to those in the Campaign of Advance Wars, it still comes packed with a sufficient amount of cities, four Bases per army, and a proportional amount of terrain that may, under some situations, make or break a tough skirmish. The version of Spann Island in Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising is identical in appearance and building placement to that of its predecessor.
[War Room]
In War Room Players are put in maps wherein they must defeat enemies who are usually given an advantage at the start. War Room is a game mode found in Advance Wars, Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising and Advance Wars: Dual Strike. It features several maps which usually put the player at an initial disadvantage against one or multiple allied COs. Most War Room maps start without units on the map, making the player and AI rely on properties to purchase them. The amount of properties on a map can vary; small maps such Spann Island contain 21 of them, while maps such as Ring Islands have 82, well over the limit of 50 in Design Maps.

The Last of Us is a 2013 action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. Players control Joel, a smuggler tasked with escorting a teenage girl, Ellie, across a post-apocalyptic United States. The Last of Us is played from a third-person perspective. Players use firearms and improvised weapons and can use stealth to defend against hostile humans and cannibalistic creatures infected by a mutated fungus. In the online multiplayer mode, up to eight players engage in cooperative and competitive gameplay.
Development of The Last of Us began in 2009, soon after the release of Naughty Dogs previous game, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. For the first time in the companys history, Naughty Dog split into two teams; while one team developed Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception, the other half developed The Last of Us. The relationship between Joel and Ellie became the focus, with all other elements developed around it. Actors Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson portrayed Joel and Ellie, through voice and motion capture. Theres also an online multiplayer mode called Factions where you choose to play through 12 weeks (72 matches approx.) as either a Firefly, or a Hunter.
[Gameplay]
The Last of Us is an action-adventure third-person shooter survival & stealth game. The player traverses post-apocalyptic environments such as towns, buildings, forests, and sewers to advance the story. The player can use firearms, improvised weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and stealth to defend against hostile humans and cannibalistic creatures infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus. For most of the game, the player takes control of Joel, a man tasked with escorting a young girl, Ellie, across the United States.
[Plot] SPOILERS WARNING
In 2013, an outbreak of a mutant Cordyceps fungus ravages the United States, transforming its human hosts into aggressive creatures known as the infected. In the suburbs of Austin, Texas, Joel (Troy Baker) flees the chaos with his brother, Tommy (Jeffrey Pierce), and daughter, Sarah (Hana Hayes). As they flee, Sarah is shot by a soldier and dies in Joels arms.
Twenty years later, civilization has been decimated by the infection. Survivors live in totalitarian quarantine zones, independent settlements, and nomadic groups, leaving buildings and houses deserted. Joel works as a smuggler with his partner, Tess (Annie Wersching), in the quarantine zone in the North End of Boston, Massachusetts. They hunt down Robert (Robin Atkin Downes), a black-market dealer, to recover a stolen weapons cache. Before Tess kills him, Robert reveals that he traded the cache with the Fireflies, a rebel militia opposing the quarantine zone authorities.
The leader of the Fireflies, Marlene (Merle Dandridge), promises to double their cache in return for smuggling a teenage girl, Ellie (Ashley Johnson), to Fireflies hiding in the Massachusetts State House outside the quarantine zone. Joel, Tess, & Ellie sneak out in the night, but after an encounter with a government patrol, they discover Ellie is infected. Symptoms normally occur within two days, but Ellie claims she was infected three weeks earlier and that her immunity may lead to a cure. The trio makes their way to their destination through hordes of the infected but finds that the Fireflies there have been killed. Tess reveals she has been bitten by an infected and believing in Ellies importance, sacrifices herself against pursuing soldiers so Joel and Ellie can escape. Joel decides to find Tommy, a former Firefly, in the hope that he can locate the remaining Fireflies.
