Adsorption chromatography is a chromatography technique in which the separation of molecules occurs by the
phenomenon of adsorption. The adsorption occurs because of interaction of sample molecules with the Adsorbent by hydrogen bonding or by vander walls interaction. when the mobile phase is passed the separation occurs based on the differences in interaction of sample molecules with the stationary phase and the mobile phase.
