Anyways, really fun rolling practice map that has some real tricky transitions and requires decent fundamentals in order to play properly! No clue how this is rated so low (probably because its piss easy on higher speeds,) but I find this to be substantially harder than PP Breaker Nerfed, which is around 20.84, so make of that what you will. Theres just zero chance this is 20.6.

Probably one of the coolest versions of Etude Destruction, and is the most consistent in nature. I feel as if this is extremely basic in comparison to the other universal versions, and I heavily doubt its legitimacy as a true Universal chart. Despite this, it is still one of my favorite charts of this song, and the simplicity of the effects here work in its favor :3

About Level 3:
This difficulty holds fairly simple charts that challenge your sense of rhythm in some unique ways. Level 3 introduces a few quicker and trickier rhythms, and a few core mechanics found in many custom levels beyond this point. Levels in this difficulty are comparable to 3-X, the third level in the base game. This is where you may want to consider using two hands, while it still isnt inherently required.
Level 3 Statistics:
Approximately 9/23 Levels were correctly rated in this category. (Thats still less than half!)
No playable levels were broken enough to be Censorable (-2).
Two levels were completely broken, meaning I could not play them. Those levels are listed below:

(As a sidenote, if the chart does not have a working direct-download, then I will not be able to play them. I cannot play through Steam Workshop without disabling mods.)
The reference of difficulty for this category is 3-X, the third level in the game. The forum rating accuracy just continues to get worse the further we travel, with an accuracy of 39% of levels correctly rated. For reference, it was about 44% for Level 2. I theorize it will only continue to get harder to correctly rate these levels in the right spots.

THE U5+ WORLDS FIRST TRAIN SHALL CONTINUE! This one in particular was INCREDIBLY annoying because of how many times Ive choked near the ending of this particular chart, Id say it was overdue by around like 6 weeks! Super happy to finally get this one off of my plate (for the time being.)
One section of GHOGF remains, and its definitely the hardest, having the most stamina-oriented sections and the highest keycount in the entire level. Hopefully I can get it done soon, and have the second ever segment on a longer 21.3 or above!

i finally never have to play this again
I managed to get this clear within the first 30 minutes of the very first stream on my new pc! Afterwards, I also somehow managed to clean up the rest of the charts, and now all that remains before the first SOLO SEGMENT of 230+bpm mix collab is the Million PP Cut!!! 13/14 segments are done, and only one remains.....

Currently rated U4, its very probable that this is much lower in difficulty because the only difficulty comes from learning the chart, not actually playing it :p
