This video shows how to add child brushes to your RadialZ menus in about 10 minutes. You will see how to organize brushes by category, double click a slot to edit child brushes, add up to three child brushes per slot, match slot sizes, and use child brushes directly in ZBrush.

RadialZ is a radial brush picker for ZBrush. Press a hotkey, your brushes appear at your cursor, click one and ZBrush switches to it. Works with ZBrush 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. Windows only.
