This is a video showing an example strategy for GoldenEye's Dam level on 007 mode (Dark Licence to Kill settings) using the Enemy Health 1000%, Enemy Damage 1000%, Enemy Accuracy 100%, Enemy Reaction Speed 100% settings.

Click on the triple dot icon in the bottom-right corner of that video and click Captions to turn the annotations on.
I have made similar videos for all 20 LTK levels and several of the DLTK levels so see my other videos if you are interested in those.
I recommend practising a level with the invincibility cheat on to start with. Take that off and play with Enemy Damage at 0% after that. Start playing with the real settings when you can complete the level without taking too many hits.
