GoldenEye's Streets level on 007 mode (Licence to Kill settings) using the Enemy Health 0%, Enemy Damage 1000%, Enemy Accuracy 100%, Enemy Reaction Speed 100% settings.
This was my first completion of Streets LTK so sorry about the video quality. I have just uploaded it as an example of how to complete the level without using the tank.
