Sweet and Spicy Chicken Bites perfect for fall gatherings. This video is in a paid partnership with Texas Pete® This recipe is definitely a riff on the ever popular grape jelly and chili sauce cocktail sausages we all know and love. This is a little different with a little bit of a lighter theme using chicken and a little bit of a spicier flavor using delicious CHA!! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce in our recipe!

This really could not be easier. I am going to be using boneless, skinless chicken breast today that I have cut into a medium dice that would be big enough to serve off of a toothpick. You will want to season this as you like but I am going to season this with some onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika however, Texas Pete®Dry Dust is an excellent seasoning blend to consider but I could not locate any in my area. Once the chicken is seasoned you will then sautee in some hot oil over medium high heat in a skillet until fully cooked.

Once the chicken is done, nice and golden brown, remove from the skillet to a separate plate and cover to keep warm.

Turn the skillet down to medium and add two tablespoons of butter, ½ a cup of brown sugar, ¼ cup of CHA!! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce and ½ cup of honey. Simmer this all together until bubbly. Add the chicken back to the skillet and toss in that beautiful sticky, sweet and spicy sauce. Now you can either transfer to a serving dish or serve right from the skillet!

It’s just that easy! Everyone is going to love this. You can serve this as an appetizer. On a snack buffet, at a tailgate or even as a filling for an avant garde taco! This would also be a great filling for a lettuce wrap or a tortilla wrap sandwich with a creamy cilantro dressing!! So many options with this recipe! Your choice!

I hope you will give this delicious and different option for sweet and spicy chicken bites a try using CHA!! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce. Thanks to Texas Pete® for sponsoring todays short!
