Today I’m making a classic favorite—Microwave Eagle Brand Fudge! This easy chocolate fudge is rich, creamy, packed with toasted nuts, and made with just a handful of simple ingredients. Best of all, there is no stovetop required.
This is the kind of nostalgic holiday candy that is perfect for Christmas trays, homemade gifts, cookie exchanges, dessert tables, and anytime you need an easy chocolate treat.
Microwave Eagle Brand Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups chocolate chips
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup toasted nuts
Directions
Add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt to a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in short intervals, stirring well after each one, until the chocolate is almost completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overheat it.
Stir in the vanilla extract and toasted nuts.
Spread the fudge mixture evenly into a parchment-lined pan. Allow it to cool and set completely before lifting it from the pan and cutting it into squares.
Store the finished fudge in an airtight container.
You can leave out the nuts for plain chocolate fudge or substitute your favorite toasted nuts.
This easy microwave fudge is perfect for:
Christmas candy trays
holiday gift boxes
cookie exchanges
parties and dessert tables
quick homemade candy
