Activision Blizzard are being sued by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, over harassment and discriminatory working conditions. The DFEH have been investigating Activision Blizzard for over 2 years and have moved to legal request a trial by jury.

In this video we will look at the legal case being brought against the company and examine several personal anecdotes from current and ex staff members.
