When we are facing problems there are two ways on how we can deal with them:

First one is when we take action and go to fix the source of the problem, which most of the time is an external one.

And the second one is to learn tactics on how to cope in a healthier manner with the discomfort we might feel within ourselves.

In this episode I am joined by Nir Eyal, which is an Israeli-born American author, lecturer and investor known for his bestselling book, Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products and now author Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life, which was released a couple of months ago and can be acquired online and in-stores.
