In this video, I show you how to create an amazing fluid art painting using 100 mini flip cups. This is our one hundredth video here on Michael's Making Art channel and this is a fun and easy acrylic pouring technique that anyone can try. Fluid art is a great way to express your creativity and make stunning abstract paintings. Watch the video and follow along with me as I demonstrate this fun technique.
This is my version of this style of painting, using neon yellow, primary yellow, cadmium yellow hue, neon orange, primary red, alizarin crimson hue permanent, neon pink, light magenta, deep magenta, primary magenta, neon violet, metallic purple, dioxazine purple, light blue violet, light blue, neon blue, color shift aqua flash, and metallic cobalt blue as my paint colors. I love how these colors create a vibrant effect on the canvas. You can use any colors you like, but I recommend using some pearlized or metallic paints to add some shine and contrast to your fluid art.
Materials used:
Acrylic Paints
Pouring medium
Plastic cups
Stir sticks
canvas
