Description: Passion Tea contains Hibiscus and that contains anthocyanin. This chemical changes color in the presence of a base. So when we add baking soda to it, it changes greenish. Then when we add vinegar we make bubbles and original (diluted) color comes back! Fun at-home chemistry!
