This video is about the precise orientation of labels on bottles on the Great Engineering labelling machines.
There are times when a manufacturer needs to re-label or over-label or place a label in a precise position, consistently, over and over again. Examples might be over labelling for export or a brand change, or placing a label in an exact position for product presentation purposes.
The BenchMAX is o9ne of the few labellers in the world capable of doing this process, and the only one where it can be done with a 4 minute set up. Incredible!
Watch as the machine puts the label in exactly the right position on the bottle, then reapplies a second label, exactly over the top of the first label. Amazingly precise, consistent and reliable.
