Some containers are not perfectly round or may have a shoulder, lid, or protruding area which makes contact with the black o-rings during rotation.
This can cause your container to tilt and will lead to your label being misaligned.
The first time you label a new container, we recommend crouching down to be eye level with your container while it's on the machine and checking to see if any of the black o-rings are making contact with your container during rotation.
