This Video is the last of six all showing Vehicle Recovery Jobs that I did in the late seventies eighties and nineties. You will find several other collections from this era, on my channel. andysvideo.com They included Road Traffic Accident of all sorts involving Cars, Vans and Commercial Vehicles. This collection is all the bits left over from the other videos mainly because they show little of the actual recovery as I was too busy doing it to also film. However there is still some interesting bits and it is great to see the lunatics i worked with back then. I know some of it looks appalling these days without 'Elf and Softy', but we knew what we were doing and I never 'lost a man on my watch'! At our peak we had 2 depots in the Midlands, 1 in Sussex, 1 in Middlesex, 3 in Surrey and 1 in Devon If anyone recognizes themselves, please take a moment to say hello.
