Happy 17th anniversary, Animal Crossing: City Folk! Time for a new episode of City Folk Moments episode for fall. I open Nook's automatic door with my back to it, I go to the Marquee theater (to see Shrunk's legs?), Rosie has a watering addiction, I trap my villagers and participate in the Halloween festivities, Antonio reveals that he's into rhythmic gymnastics, Mint criticizes me for wearing a shirt too long (even though she's been wearing hers even longer), I speak with a swamp with legs, I learn a villager has sports in her Dee-N-A, I fail miserably at catching a giant petaltail dragonfly, I play hide-and-seek with my villagers, and more.
This is Animal Crossing: City Folk for Nintendo Wii, but played on Wii U. These clips are from September through November, 2025. There is no voice commentary over the gameplay, but I do share my thoughts (and puns) in on-screen text.
