There are three cheat codes that can be used in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis by going to the Soundtest in the Options menu. The first one is the Level Select cheat, which can be used to access any level in the game. The second cheat allows you to become Super Sonic in any stage without collecting the 7 Chaos Emeralds. However, you still need to collect 50 rings before you can become Super Sonic. The final cheat lets you access the Debug Mode in the game, which lets you select any item to place anywhere in the level. I've made some crazy things with this, and sometimes the game even crashes when I'm using it. It's still fun to play around with, and opens up a lot of opportunities. Enjoy the video!
