Using the M4 Mac Mini with the ACASIS M4 Mac Mini Workstation (M002Pro - TB1201) Thunderbolt 4 compatible USB4 40Gb/s dock and SSD enclosure is very straight forward. However, there does seem to be some confusion over using the thermal pads.

After destroying two of the thermal pads 🤣 I got in touch with ACASIS and they kindly advised me on the correct way to apply the thermal pads. So in this video I show you how to apply the thermal pads and also show how to install an SSD into the dock/enclosure.
