This is the final of a series of talk-through videos on the sections of his book 'Absolutization', by Robert M. Ellis. Error Focus is the last of four criteria for responding effectively to absolutization, and involves prioritizing the identification of absolutization in judgement so as to avoid it. If we can identify these 'errors' we are then in a better position to make positive judgements in the zone between the absolutes, where experience is more effectively engaged with.
