Abrasive blasting with a small air compressor is practical with patience. A Cyclone Manufacturing bench-top blast cabinet is attached to California Air Tools CAT-10020C compressor, the cabinet improved, performance tested, and suggestions made. Using abrasive or glass bead blasting is a great way to deburr and improve the finish of a machined part by blending tool marks with surface peening.
