STORY
This abandoned villa once belonged to a wealthy Italian family who made their living restoring and selling classic old-timers. At the height of their success, the family was well established and respected in their village.
Most likely abandoned around 1999, the home has now stood empty for more than 25 years. Judging by its size, it once housed multiple generations under one roof—a tradition still common in rural Italy at the time.
We found something absolutely incredible hidden inside the barn of this forgotten estate… but before we get to that, let’s take you inside.
As we explored the villa and sifted through what was left behind, we pieced together the story of the family. In one of the father’s journals, a line stood out: “Preserving these motorcars is what I live for. If I can’t do this anymore, I would rather die.”
Every corner of the house still bears their mark. Rooms remain fully furnished, as if the family could return at any moment. Yet now, the ceilings are collapsing, the walls are crumbling, and time is slowly erasing their legacy.
For reasons still unknown, the doors were locked one day—and never opened again.
