Abandoned alternate living compound I found in the rainforest of northern nsw Australia.
It appears to me that it seemed that the inhabitants either left very quickly or were expecting to come back shortly after leaving.
The compound was very extensive and as you see climbs up the hillside with a lot of different areas that looked like families lived there with small children. A lot of work had gone into the place and it would have been a very nice place to live when it was inhabited. I LOVE the property and would be very happy living there. Mind you I would definitely make sure that the power is connected properly because the way they had the power wired up was scary and I'm surprised no one got electrocuted. Maybe they did? Maybe that's why they were evicted?
The council in my region have clamped down on these sort of dwelling compounds and everyone these days have to live by the book or lordy help you because you will be prosecuted to hell and back. I enjoyed this explore. I LOVE the area and I want to live there. I think I already said that but you get the idea. I hope you enjoy this video.
