In this steamy episode of Burbex, Brin and Senzuri Champion explore an abandoned coal-fired power plant, which is more than half a century old. It's located on Chongming Island on the outskirts of Shanghai. Inside the duo found control rooms for the gigantic machines and cranes rusting quietly in the Sunday morning sunshine. In darker corners of the complex, they find abandoned offices full of vintage items, and Brin even strips off for a saucy shower.

In this somewhat relaxing episode of Burbex, we find Brin exploring an abandoned Type 35 submarine, and three warships in a tiny blue rowboat. This battle formation belongs to the Peoples Liberation Army Navy, better known as The PLA Navy, which used these vessels for training after they were taken out of active service.
Whats special about these ships is that they were all designed and built in China in the 1970s, which was a big step away from the previous paradigm of borrowing and outright stealing designs from the Soviets. The ships have been left here to rot by the PLA, and its not long before Brin finds an empty rowboat sans oars, and makes his way around the bay for a leisurely exploration.
