This abandoned early cane farmers house is another house that I found along the M1 motor way extension route near McClean northern nsw. It has now been torn down. Living in these houses would have been very hot as there was no aircon , no insulation and just the bare wooden boards and tin roof. They built people a lot tougher back then. As you can see not much was required back then as long as there was a roof over their head. It appeared in resent times that the house was bricked in down stairs. Not a huge amount to see in this house but still interesting seeing how people were living until only recently as the house was occupied up until only a few months before being torn down.
