What would it be like to pick up your brand-new Mercedes directly from the factory? We accompany a young couple to the Mercedes-Benz Customer Center in Rastatt and have a look behind the scenes, where the A-, B- and GLA-Class are being manufactured. Instead of being a customer himself as he used to be more than a year ago in Bremen, this time Marc will volunteer as a service repesentative and hand over the car's keys to its first owner Swantje. :-D
