I’m currently focusing on inviting things into my life that are not visible objects. Like inner peace. For me it is a huge thing, a vision to strive towards, a state of body and mind to be floating in most of the time. I’m aware it’s not something you achieve once and then own it forever. Like with happiness in general, or a successful relationship, or the fitness of the mind or the body, it’s something I can strive towards and try to hold, or to be in that state much or most of the time.
Not an easy task in the quite complex environment we live in today, with millions of options, distractions, stressors of all kinds, and wannabe urgent things. To enjoy life, to grow, to be healthy, and feel happy, I want to get there. Are you with me? What does inner peace mean to you? When are you in that state? What circumstances tend to upgrade your inner peace, or peace of mind?
