A week in the life of a medical student doing an OBGYN rotation
My name is Thiago Lusvarghi, I am a third-year medical student at the University of Ottawa in Canada. Join my Medical School Journey by subscribing to my Youtube Channel! In this video I take you through my first 2 weeks of my OBGYN rotation here at the University of Ottawa. My first week is perinatal week where I work in the triage unit and in the Maternal Fetal Medicine unit at the TOH. Then in the second week, I work in the gynecology unit. During these two weeks I get to work in a community clinic with Dr. Alavi as well. Towards the end Dr. Alavi shares some advice to students interested in getting into medical school!
