Prime Practice Expands with New Clinic Opening This November:
The Prime Practice is proud to announce the opening of its brand-new clinic this November, marking an exciting new chapter for the business and the local community. The new facility will offer an even greater range of health, fitness, and rehabilitation services, all designed to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
Building on years of success in physiotherapy, sports therapy, and injury rehabilitation, The Prime Practice continues to set the standard for evidence based, client centred care. The new clinic will now also include a dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio and Matwork Pilates Studio, allowing clients to experience the benefits of Pilates through both equipment-based and traditional methods. These sessions are suitable for all levels — from beginners to advanced athletes and focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing.
At the heart of the new site is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, purpose-built to support recovery and performance at every stage. Outfitted with the latest equipment, the gym provides the perfect space for clients to progress through tailored rehabilitation and conditioning programmes under expert supervision.
Founder James Stevenson said:
