In this video we take a look at the submintane scrub in Northern Nuevo León, Mexico and stumble upon some rare plants like:
Manihot subspicata
Chamaecrista greggii
Ariocarpus trigonus
and some lovely members of this plant community, all blooming after recent rains. Other species present include :
Krameria ramosissima
Coryphantha
Euphorbia johnstonii
Calliandra conferta
Castela erecta texana
Mandevilla lanuginosa
Hesperaloe campanulata
Agave lophantha
Salvia texana
Linum elongatum
and more.
