Last weekend was the eye of the storm... a rare weekend off in between ultra marathons!

Behind me... the Ultra Tour of Arran, my River Tees adventure and an 11 Wainwright hike.

Ahead of me... the Great Manchester Run, The Wall and Edinburgh to Glamis 100-miler!

So, with a morning of blue skies and bright sunshine, I headed over to South Shields Parkrun! I'd not been before but knew it was a scenic route along the coast and its's one that I've been meaning to get to for a while.

Oh yeah, and apologies for the video / audio issues. I had a bit of a nightmare technology wise!
