One day in 2011, I came home from working on CBS’s The Talk. I looked at my husband and said “I want to start my own talk show. I don’t want to wait for someone to come along and hand me this opportunity or for the phone to ring, I just want to do it.” Patrick jumped right on board. He came up with the name of our show, designed the logo and learned how to edit by watching Youtube videos. Together we created “A Spoonful Of Paolo” with no idea of what the future would hold. Well, next week is the 10 year anniversary of the release of our first episode on September 8, 2011. I’m so grateful for each of the 168 episodes we have released so far and everything I’ve learned along the way. I grew up obsessed with talk shows and I still watch every talk show out there today. To live my dream and interview the same guests that appear on major network talk shows reminds me that no dream is too big. There have been countless challenges, rejections and disappointments over the past 10 years, but I never gave up and neither should you. I am so proud of what my husband and I have created. We thought we’d look back at some of the incredible dream guests I’ve been blessed to interview. Thank you all for your support and love, and cheers to Season 11! I love you all. ❤️
