I use this Microset SR-100 amplifier for 2m SSB contests, but the internal relay is slow to switch back to receive after transmitting. This, despite having a PTT (push-to-talk) lead between the rig and the amp. The impact of this delay is I often miss the first letter of a calling station’s callsign. Very frustrating in fast-paced contests.
However, there is a simple solution to this!
