A crash walk through the Botanic Garden. Uncut and real time. Even if Oslo is out of proportion hot and people melt, this little oasis in the middle of the capital is not very crowded. As said, we have 30 degrees Celcius every day, which is quite a game changer for Oslo in borderliine May/June. We are going crazy, we sweat, we seek shelter, and ice whenever the temperature raises above 5 degrees C in the red direction. And – as a nasty paradox, an oil spill, has made the beaches in the fjord polluted; its forbidden to bath there. People seeks out the most remote islands, but they are not taking shelter here!! “Botanisk hage” or “The botanic garden” is a beautiful green space, like a mini version of the Central Park. (Sorry for the not so very flattering gasping/out of air sound that pollutes the soundtrack, the garden was a bit bigger than I thought – note to self; cut down smoking).
