Honored to receive a wonderful scotch lesson from the "whiskey master" at the Brandy Library in Tribeca, New York. Because I always order something I've never ordered before, I chose the "full stave" Scotch tasting. It consisted of nine scotches in a "blind tasting." Each scotch was hand selected by the most "scotch knowledgeable" person I have ever met. Since it was a blind test I decided to create my own tasting scale. - @GoalBustersJim
