What's up gals & pals? Today I had to heed my own advice and turn life's lemons into a cocktail. You see, unfortunately my original plans for a 3x Cachaça cocktail video was not to be when my technology turned against me (filed corrupted). However, being the positive thinker I am, I decided to just bang out something else late last night and BOOM, the cocktail turned out to be amazing. 1 oz (30 ml) Cognac/Brandy
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Jamaican Rum
3-4 Dashes Absinthe
4 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Rich Simple (2:1) or .50 oz (15 ml) Regular Simple (1:1)
Garnish w/Citrus Peel
Serve into chilled cocktail glass
