I have a lot of weird, conflicting feelings about Red Dead Redemption 2. On the one hand, its saga demonstrating the agonising decay of an age and the utterly compelling characters within it is downright exhilarating. On the other, mechanically it feels like not much has changed from a game released five years ago. Let's talk about it.
