Someone tried to "rent" us a property they didn't have control over. Was it just for money, was it to steal our identities, or some other nefarious purpose?

Hopefully this video can be a little educational in addition to laughing at the bad scam.

Good news is we're fine and we're in the new place (albeit still in boxes).
