Municipal Governments have the power to incentivize builders to install Low Carbon Energy Systems (LCES) by introducing an LCES Bylaw. Find out how these BC municipalities that cover approximately half the population of BC stopped gas hookups in new buildings and prevented them from locking us into decades more of climate destructive fracked methane gas.
