$How To Get Gas Out of New Builds: Low Carbon Energy Systems (LCES) An easy solution exists to reduce our GHG emissions with the stroke of a pen. Municipal Governments have the power to incentivize builders to install Low Carbon Energy Systems (LCES) by introducing an LCES Bylaw. Find out how these BC municipalities that cover approximately half the population of BC stopped gas hookups in new buildings and prevented them from locking us into decades more of climate destructive fracked methane gas.
