Houska Castle is a 13th-century Gothic fortress in the Czech Republic that locals swear was built directly over a gate to hell. In this investigation we examine why a castle with no water source, no kitchen, and fake windows was constructed in the middle of nowhere, and the chilling legend of the prisoner who was lowered into its bottomless pit and pulled back up aged 30 years, his hair turned white, raving mad, dead two days later.
