Chief SFG Instructor Brett Jones demonstrates the difference between "lifting" or "pulling" the kettlebell, and "wedging" yourself between the floor and the implement. The latter is stronger and safer, and a necessary skill to develop before you begin deadlifting a heavy barbell.
