I'm at Core's Lounge in Appleton, Wisconsin. Here I'm facing off against an undefeated pho challenge! This giant bowl of pho includes 2lbs of noodles, 1lb of meat & 2 quarts of savory broth!
If I can take it down in under 45 minutes, I'll get the meal free, $40 cash, and my photo up on their wall of fame as a "Pho-King" winner.
If I fail, I become a "Pho-King" loser and must pay $60, and my picture will go up on their Wall of Shame.
