This "Extrema Porky" bbq sandwich challenge has only had two winners, both who struggled to finish within the one hour time limit. Sounds like a perfect challenge to test my food-fighting might before my upcoming food challenge tour around Nashville, Tennessee!

Challengers have to finish a signature, 2 foot long bbq sandwich known as the, "aPorkalypse" along with a 1lb container of pasta salad, a bag of chips, and their choice of Sprecher's finest brew soda.
