I had the pleasure of speaking with Darshana Patel. Darshana studied Psychology at Loyola University Chicago and Occupational Therapy at University of Illinois Chicago. She currently works as a User Experience Researcher at DemocracyLab. We talked about some of the basics of UX Research and Darshana's journey in the field.
