Pastor Jim shares his journey from growing up Lutheran, being born again during the Jesus People movement, serving for decades in Vineyard and Calvary Chapel churches, and ultimately stepping into a Hebraic, Spirit-filled walk with Yeshua. His story reflects a unique calling to bridge Evangelical Christianity with the Messianic and Jewish roots of the faith.
Inspired by Romans 11, The Wild Branch Ministries exists to restore what was lost and reconnect believers to the rich root of the olive tree. Pastor Jim teaches from a Hebraic perspective, affirming faith in Messiah while embracing the depth, beauty, and context of Torah, Jewish culture, and the original worldview of Scripture.
He is an ordained Vineyard and Calvary Chapel pastor, currently serving as a Moreh (teacher) and Mashpia (influencer) within the UMJA, working toward the role of Roeh (shepherd). His ministry focuses on discipleship, biblical truth, and building bridges rather than walls.
This conversation is not about religion, labels, or conversion. It is about walking in the Spirit, loving the Word, honoring Yehovah, and living out a faith that is both ancient and alive today.
